Holland Advisors is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our factory HR operations and oversee the comprehensive HR function. This role encompasses strategic planning, system implementation, workforce development, labor relations, and compliance management.
About the Role:
• Develop and execute HR strategies tailored to manufacturing operations
• Oversight of HR systems, recruitment, payroll management, and attendance systems
• Leadership and mentorship of the factory HR team
• Policymaking and governance related to employee conduct, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance
• Stakeholder management and collaboration with senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Expertise in implementing HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workforce analytics platforms
