Full job description
KordaMentha is working with governments, not-for-profits and the private sector on a range of their most complex commercial and financial challenges. As a Manager, you’ll play a key role in a growing team, working with clients and engagements teams to deliver complex projects and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will bring:
4-6 years of financial, commercial or restructuring consulting experience
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, economics, accounting, business, engineering, international business, sustainability, or a related discipline
The capability to build and review financial models and lead financial analysis
Direct experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve problems and inform decision-making
Executive-level oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing teams and engagements
Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders
As this role requires security clearance, you must be an Australian Citizen
You should be willing to contribute to the business development activities of the practice and, in time, to develop your own fields of specialisation and network of professional contacts. You thrive on a challenge, display excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are motivated to deliver the highest standards of client service.
