Job Description
We are urgently hiring Manager Facility position for one of our leading client based in Mumbai location.
Designation : Manager Facility - CRM
CTC : Upto 6 to 8 /LPA for the right candidate
Experience : Minimum 8 to + Years of Experience
Location : Andheri West, Mumbai
Education : Must be Graduate
Job Description :
➢ Worked in at leats 2 large facility management companies.
➢ Preferably not deployed on only 1 site / handling multiple locations.
➢ Has some experience in Customer relations.
➢ Had a good network with IPCs (property management companies (JLL, Knight Frank, C&W, etc).
➢ Well versed with the onboarding of suppliers with IPCs(International Property Consultants).
➢ Well versed to independently managing Facility management contracts.
Note:-
➢ The candidate would be from Security Industry would be preferable.
➢ The candidates should have CRM experience.
