The opportunity
Greater Western Water is looking for a dynamic Architecture Practice Manager to drive its enterprise architecture vision. You’ll lead a team of architects, align tech strategy with business goals, and deliver smart, scalable solutions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape the digital roadmap, set architecture standards, and ensure future-ready, cost-effective IT outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of architects.
Build and manage the Architecture Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Align IT architecture with business strategy and goals.
Develop and communicate a clear architecture vision and lead the development and implementation of the architecture vision and strategy
Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture and roadmaps.
Set and enforce architecture standards, frameworks, and governance.
Translate business needs into scalable, compliant technical designs.
Identify and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
Manage technology risks, including technical debt and system integration.

Skills Experience
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders including C-level executives.
Skilled at managing priorities and deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
Ability to develop and articulate a clear technology architecture vision.
Experience in enterprise and/or solution architecture roles.
Deep knowledge of architecture practices, methodologies, and governance.
