Roles Responsibilities:
• Good hands on experience in MIS and Incident Management.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports using MS Office and MS Excel.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Apply ITIL best practices and standards to enhance incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Handle incident reporting, monitoring, escalation, and resolution processes.
• Analyze incident data to identify patterns and trends for proactive prevention.
