Job Description -

- Responsible for the creation and management of Management information system(MIS)

-Timeliness and accuracy in preparation of MIS as required by lenders

-Timeliness and accuracy in preparation reports and information as required by regulatory authorities.

-Timeliness and accuracy in preparation of monthly quarterly six monthly and annual P&L and cash flow of all the projects.

-Preparation of the project budgets after deliberations with all the departments.

-Preparation and critically analyzing variance between budgeted and actual.

-Preparation of variance analysis of monthly Sales target and reason for the same.

-Preparation of various other reports to better understand the business elements of the ongoing projects.
