Duties And Responsibilities: -
• Source passive candidates through different portals like, , Indeed , Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, Hirist, Hirect etc..
• Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
• Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing.
• Communicate with Hiring Managers.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
