Job Description
Maintenance Technician for AirportLocation - JaipurJob Responsibilities:We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and the functionality of premises. Serves customers by installing and servicing systems and products.Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
• Daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly maintenance of the system and Liaising with the site team of the customer for day-to-day activities.
• Service Report & Performance certificate signoff from customer team on a quarterly basis.
• Inventory management of spares provided at the site and central location.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in training programs.
• Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Maintenance Technician Requirements
• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
