Key Responsibilities:
· Closing and destroying files
· Ordering off-site files for destruction
· Mail sorting
· Readdressing and forwarding misdirected mail
· Deliver and obtain signatures for Expiry Docket
· Backup to Mailroom Supervisor and Deliveries Clerk
· Multiple trips throughout the office with a mail cart for pick-up and delivery of items

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Mature attitude, professional and strong work ethic

· Ability to work under pressure, stress, and light deadlines at times
· Some heavy lifting required (up to 40lbs)
