Machine Operator - Manufacturing Environment

Safety is a top priority in this fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be working in a team-based structure within production cells/groups to achieve productivity goals.

The job requires you to assemble and manufacture products according to documented Standard Operating Procedures. This involves maintaining production rates and performing quality checks during the manufacturing process.

You will also be responsible for daily shop clean-ups and maintaining a 6S organization, which includes identifying and suggesting opportunities for waste elimination. Additionally, you may assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.

This role involves operating tools to aid in the manufacturing process and performing periodic checks on equipment to solve any detected problems. Effective communication with your team members is essential to ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
