Machine Engineer - Manufacturing Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the safe and efficient production of products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work safely in a dynamic manufacturing environment
2. Collaborate with a team-based structure within production cells/groups
3. Assemble and manufacture products according to documented Standard Operating Procedures
4. Maintain high-quality production rates
5. Conduct quality control checks during the manufacturing process
6. Ensure daily shop cleanliness and maintain 6S organization standards
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor as needed
8. Identify and suggest opportunities for waste reduction and elimination
+. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
10. Operate tools to aid in the manufacturing process
11. Regularly inspect equipment and solve problems that arise
12. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
