Great events don't happen by accident. Behind every flawless activation is someone making sure the truck showed up, the booth got built, and the client never had to worry about a thing. That someone is our Logistics Coordinator.
Captive is looking for a self-motivated, detail-obsessed problem-solver to keep our Experiential Marketing and Digital campaigns running like clockwork, from the first booking to the last box packed up.
YOUR JOB
Think of yourself as the engine room of Captive.
Clients and creatives dream up the big ideas but you're the one who makes sure they actually happen.
You'll work closely with our XM Director and Staffing Coordinator to keep campaigns organized, on time, and on budget. No two days will look the same. One day you're booking a venue for a tradeshow. The next, you're coordinating a street team activation. It's fast. It's hands-on. And it's never boring.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling & booking — Lock down venues, vendors, and logistics for events and activations
Sourcing & procurement — Track down promotional assets, materials, and equipment
Vendor & client relationships — Be the reliable point of contact people can count on
On-site execution — Attend events to make sure everything runs the way it was planned
Cross-team coordination — Act as the connection point between our Experiential and Digital teams so nothing falls through the cracks
Staffing support — Work alongside our Staffing Coordinator to help keep event crews organized and ready to go
