Key Responsibilities
Business Sourcing & Lead Generation: Proactively source home loan and mortgage business through the open market, direct calling, and networking.
Channel Management: Establish, develop, and nurture active relationships with builders, real estate developers, connectors, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to build a consistent lead pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Connect with potential customers, analyze their requirements, conduct financial profiling/eligibility assessments, and pitch the right housing finance products.
End-to-End Loan Processing: Meet prospective clients to gather data, verify KYC and financial documents, and ensure complete file logging into the system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets assigned by management.
Market Intelligence & Reports: Stay updated on competitive interest rates, product innovations, and market trends. Prepare and share regular Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and pipeline MIS with team leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.). Post-Graduation / MBA in Marketing or Finance is a plus.
Experience: 6 months to 3 years of proven field sales experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage loans within a Bank, NBFC, or housing finance ecosystem.
Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of primary home loan documentation, legal/technical valuation requirements, and credit screening norms.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication in English and the local language. Excellent negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license for local travel and client site visits.
