Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic LinkedIn Organic Marketing Strategist to grow our brand presence and audience engagement on LinkedIn. You’ll craft and manage content, build relationships, and turn insights into impactful campaigns that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a content calender tailored for LinkedIn.
Create and publish high-quality posts, carousels, and thought leadership content.
Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
Monitor trends, competitors, and industry conversations.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Engage with our LinkedIn audience to build community and drive conversations.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience managing LinkedIn or other organic social platforms.
Strong writing skills and an understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and audience behavior.
Experience using tools like Shield, Buffer, or similar.
Basic knowledge of B2B marketing and content strategy.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for building brand presence.
