Reports To: Head Chef & Sous-Chef

A Cook is the heartbeat of the kitchen and reports directly to the Sous Chefs and Head Chef. We are looking for energetic additions to the team with a passion for beer and food.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee food preparation and par levels in the restaurant
Create and execute daily prep list
Assist in line set and service as needed
Perform cleaning duties and delegate cleaning and preparation tasks as needed
