Eligibility: β’ Currently working as a CDP / Senior CDP / Executive Chef / Outlet Chef / Head Chef β’ 6β10 years of experience in Hospitality / Casual Dining / Restaurant Operations β’ Strong leadership and team management skills β’ Experience in handling high-volume kitchen operations Key Responsibilities: β’ End-to-end Kitchen Operations Management β’ Strong knowledge of Food Costing and cost control β’ Kitchen Management and operational excellence β’ Team hiring, training, coaching, and performance management β’ Inventory & Store Management β’ Food Wastage Control and yield optimization β’ Maintain food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance β’ Drive kitchen productivity and guest satisfaction
