Chef – Grahan, Kasol

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at a beautiful remote property in Grahan, Kasol, Himachal Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and have experience preparing a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, and Italian.

Responsibilities
• Prepare high-quality Indian, Continental, and Italian dishes.
• Plan daily menus and manage food preparation.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen inventory and minimise food wastage.
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Good knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Italian cuisine.
• Ability to work independently.
• Passion for cooking and maintaining food quality.
• Comfortable living and working in a remote mountain location.
