Driftwood Grille is looking for a skilled, motivated Line Cook with strong fry station experience to join our back‑of‑house team. What You’ll Do
Execute fry station with precision, consistency, and speed during service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
Follow recipes, prep lists, and plating standards
Assist with daily prep
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Bring a positive attitude and a team‑first mindset
What We’re Looking For
Previous line cook experience required
Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
Ability to stay calm and focused during high‑volume service
Reliability, professionalism, and pride in your craft
