We are hiring two full-time Line Cooks to join our team at the Crest Hotel in Prince Rupert, BC. These positions put you right in the center of the action at our famous restaurant, the Waterfront Restaurant, as well as Charley's Lounge and our Convention Centre. It's a high-pressure environment, and we need two reliable workers who understand how to prioritize and manage their time in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities for this role include preparing and cooking delicious meals, ensuring the highest standards of taste and presentation for each dish, and upholding a commitment to excellence in all culinary tasks. Comfort in a fast-paced kitchen environment is critical, as is the ability to approach new tasks with a positive, ready-to-learn attitude. No kitchen, including ours, could run without a strong team behind it. It's important that each team member has a collaborative mindset and is capable of teamwork, with the ultimate goal of offering the best guest experience possible.
