Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Officer to join our Bancassurance team. The role involves working closely with bank staff to drive life insurance sales and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank employees and customers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct sales presentations and product awareness sessions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
Eligibility Criteria
raduate in any discipline
Prior experience in banca/insurance sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with Bancassurance or financial sales background
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Local candidates from South Delhi preferred
