Requirements
Good communication and people skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Coachable and open to mentorship
Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (we guide you step-by-step)
Previous experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
This is a performance-based sales position with commission compensation.
While earnings are not guaranteed, we provide the training, structure, and support needed to help you succeed.
