Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
Support invoicing and bookkeeping
Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Knowledge of data entry procedures and clerical best practices
