Job Description
Luxury Residential Real Estate Team
We are seeking a highly organized Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support a fast paced luxury real estate team. This role focuses on listing management, marketing coordination, event planning, and daily operational support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while supporting a high producing team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Operations
Schedule team meetings and coordinate with partners and vendors
Provide administrative support to the team
Assist with weekend communication monitoring when needed
Listings and Marketing
Prepare listing materials, brochures, and mailers
Manage MLS listing setup and updates through Douglas Elliman systems
Prepare comp reports and seller activity reports
Track and organize showing feedback and buyer inquiries
Coordinate listing marketing including Property Spotlight submissions
Showings, Open Houses and Events
Schedule property photoshoots and video shoots
Coordinate open houses including MLS postings, signage, materials, and logistics
Assist with listing events and broker events
Vendors and Logistics
Track listing expenses and budgets
Manage yard signs and property service requests
Submit and track expense reimbursements
Prepare monthly expense summaries
In Person Responsibilities
Prepare properties for showings and photoshoots
Ensure brochures and marketing materials are available at listings
Assist in person at open houses and events
Maintain a physical presence in the office to support the team
Qualifications
Active Florida Real Estate License required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented with strong follow through
Experience with MLS and real estate marketing preferred
Please Note: This position is not a direct hire of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. In this role, you will be employed by an agent or team affiliated with Douglas Elliman, and not by the brokerage itself. All compensation will be provided directly by the agent/team.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
