Liaison Head in Real Estate

We're Hiring for a Real Estate brand:

Designation: Head Liaisoning

Location: Mumbai

Salary between 20 LPA - 45 LPA

Hike will be based on experience and current salary as per market standards.

We are looking for an experienced Head Liaisoning with a strong background in SRA and Redevelopment projects across Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with SRA, Municipal Corporations, Ward Offices, and Government Authorities for project approvals.
• Handle end-to-end approval processes including Annex II, LOI, and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal, engineering, and site teams.
• Prepare approval budgets, estimates, and compliance schedules.
• Ensure timely approvals for redevelopment projects.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in SRA/Redevelopment projects (Western suburbs & South Mumbai).
• Strong knowledge of approval processes and government liaisoning.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good computer proficiency.
