Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lettings Manager to lead our rental property division with enthusiasm and expertise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the entire lettings process, from marketing properties to securing qualified tenants, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize property exposure across multiple channels
Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and secure agreements that benefit both landlords and tenants
Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including application screening, referencing, and preparing tenancy agreements in accordance with real estate law
Ensure compliance with all fair housing regulations and local rental laws to promote equal opportunity housing practices
Maintain organized records of all transactions, correspondence, and legal documentation related to lettings
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure properties meet quality standards
Qualifications

Proven experience in property management or real estate sales, specifically within lettings or rental markets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus
Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and local rental ordinances
Demonstrated marketing expertise to effectively promote properties through various platforms
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and record-keeping
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement and problem resolution
Prior experience in property management software or real estate administrative systems is preferred
