Position: Legal Surveillance Advisor
Type: Retainership (Monthly/Annual Basis)
Location: Remote/Field-Based (Occasional Visits)
Reporting To: Managing Director / Legal Head
Job Description (JD):
The Legal Surveillance Advisor will provide expert guidance on handling police complaints, cyber law queries, fraud situations, and legal threats from dissatisfied clients or employees. They will support management with legal notices, FIRs, and strategy for disciplinary action or external threats.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
Advise on handling legal risks from clients or staff.
Draft complaint formats, replies, and notices.
Guide HR and operations team during fraud or cyber complaints.
Assist in responding to police, cyber cell, and consumer departments.
Periodically review service agreements and compliance documents.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Legal response turnaround time within 24–48 hrs
100% compliance in police/cyber complaint handling
Minimum 2 legal consultation reports per month
Zero escalation of small disputes to legal cases
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP):
Receive update or alert from MD/HR.
Review client complaint/employee issue.
Suggest legal course of action and draft documents.
Coordinate with local lawyer/police if physical presence is needed.
Keep company safe from wrongful legal harassment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 48 per week
