Position : Legal Officer (Non-Litigation - Land revenue) - Male
Educational Qualification : LLB
Location : Nehrunagar (Ahmedabad)
Experience : 3+ Yrs
CTC : Upto 35k Depends on Interview
"Reading & Understanding of Gujarati Language is Must"

Job Description :

Experience of perusing Revenue records, Record of rights, 7/12 extracts, 8A Extracts, mutation entries, N.A Orders, various revenue orders etc.
Title Clearance
Drafting of Sale Deed, Bana Chitthi, Declaration & Affidavits, Kabulat, Allotment letters, Ashant Dhara Certificate etc.;
Should have dealt with SRO
Working knowledge of NA applications.
Liasoning with Land Surveyor (Private + DLR)
Drafting, Vetting, Preparation of Agreement, Deeds, Petition, Submissions, Affidavits, Bonds, Contracts etc.
Negotiations with the advocates in the best interest of the company.
Coordination & Liasoning with Law Firms/ Advocates in respect of suits and proceeding to which company is a party.
Familiar with Land Revenue, Civil and Criminal law.
Should be keen to travel; whenever necessary.
Providing legal opinion on various legal matter relating to property and real estate matter.​
