Job Title: Manager / Executive – Commercial Leasing
Location: Jaipur

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead leasing for premium commercial developments. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective tenants, building strong market relationships, and driving leasing closures for Grade ‘A’ office and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Drive leasing of commercial office and retail spaces across company projects
Identify and onboard prospective tenants including corporates, MNCs, startups, and retail brands
Build and maintain relationships with IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Knight Frank, etc.), brokers, and channel partners
Conduct site presentations, project walkthroughs, and client meetings
Manage end-to-end leasing cycle including prospecting, commercial discussions
Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with market demand
Maintain updated database of prospects, brokers, and active market requirements
Track market trends, competitor projects, rental benchmarks, and absorption levels
Coordinate with legal and management teams for documentation and agreement execution
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in commercial leasing / real estate sales
Prior exposure to Grade ‘A’ commercial projects preferred
Strong network with corporates, IPCs, and real estate brokers
Excellent communication, presentation
Strong market knowledge and leasing trends understanding
Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional approach
Presentable personality with strong client handling ability
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA in Marketing / Real Estate preferred
