1. Legal (Billings Collections) - AVP
• Education: LLB/LLM (MBA advantageous)
• Skills: Legal drafting, SARFAESI, HL, LAP, SME, RBI/KYC/AML compliance, relationship management.
• Experience: 15+ years in banks/NBFCs on SARFAESI (12-13+ considered).
• Description: Lead legal collections for HL, LAP, and SME sectors, crafting recovery strategies to reduce delinquencies. Manage law firms, ensure RBI/KYC/AML compliance, and resolve litigation. Drive operational excellence, negotiate settlements, and maintain regulatory/customer ties, optimizing processes for cost-effective legal outcomes.
????Sr. Officer/AM – Credit Analyst, Chennai: Assess loans for car-leasing.
2. Credit - Equipment Lease - AVP
• Education: MBA (Finance) or CA Final
• Skills: Equipment underwriting, financial analysis, asset finance, MS Office, team management.
• Experience: 15+ years in banks/NBFCs on plant/machinery (12-13+ considered), excludes commercial vehicles, construction/medical equipment.
• Description: Oversee credit appraisal for plant/machinery finance, ensuring portfolio quality. Conduct financial analysis, ensure compliance, and lead credit team. Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor delinquency, and enhance credit processes for timely approvals and business growth.
3. Compliance - Manager
• Education: CA/CS/LLB/MBA
• Skills: RBI, SEBI, KYC/AML, Companies Act, compliance testing, governance, communication.
• Experience: 2-3 years in banks/NBFCs.
• Description: Ensure RBI, SEBI, KYC/AML, and Companies Act compliance through robust programs. Conduct policy testing, prepare reports, and liaise with auditors/regulators. Stay updated on regulations, support governance, and mitigate risks to maintain organizational compliance.
4. Credit Specialist - Lease (Asset/Equipment/WC) - As per fitment
• Education: B.Com/B.A/BBA/BMS; MBA Finance/Marketing; leasing certifications advantageous.
• Skills: Leasing principles, financial analysis, negotiation, CIBIL, lease software, compliance.
• Experience: 8-10 years in banks/NBFCs as Lease Specialist.
• Description: Evaluate lease applications, negotiate terms, and manage asset/equipment/WC portfolios. Ensure compliance, use CIBIL/lease software for riskassessment, and build client ties. Collaborate with credit/operations/legal teams to optimize leasing operations and portfolio health.
5. Credit Analyst - Sr. Officer/AM
• Education: Bachelor’s in finance (CA/MBA Finance/M.Com preferred).
• Skills: Financial indicators, KYC/AML, lending laws, CIBIL, financial software, communication.
• Experience: 2-4 years in credit analysis.
• Description: Assess car-leasing loan applications, verifying documents for KYC/AML compliance. Conduct CIBIL/ratio analysis, prepare reports, and collaborate with clients/loan managers to support lending decisions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
6. Operations Lead - Rent A Car - Sr. Officer/AM
• Education: Graduate (any discipline).
• Skills: Fleet management, customer relations, grievance redressal, coordination, decision-making.
• Experience: 5-8 years in car rental/transportation/logistics.
• Description: Manage Rent A Car branch operations, overseeing fleet/drivers for SLA-compliant service. Handle billing, collections, and grievances, ensuring financial stability. Develop revenue strategies and maintain customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
7. Application Support (D365 FO) - Manager
• Education: CA
• Skills: D365 FO support, accounting, incident management, troubleshooting, compliance.
