About Our Client

The Client is a distinguished entity in the Transport Distribution industry with a strong presence in the Rail Freight sector.

Job Description
• PQE of 2-4 with mixed law firm and in-house experience
• Counsel would coordinate for claims management with our outsourced center so with prior experience of claims management in Freight forwarding is preferred but not must
• Prior experience in contract reviews and drafting of legal notices - Section 138, recovery matters etc
• Good communication skills is a must.
• Should be open to work in a team and collaboratively with business teams.
• Open to work in fast paced environment

The Successful Applicant

Anyone with a minimum PQE of 2-4 years will be preferred

Experience in contract reviews and drafting of legal notices - Section 138, recovery matters etc.

In-house experience of managing stakeholders will be advantageous
