An exceptional opportunity for you to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team as an Administration Assistant / Legal Assistant in a full-time role. This is an integral role within a highly regarded team; you will be supporting several busy lawyers to achieve great outcomes for our clients. This role is fast-paced and demanding, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

To make a great fit for this team you will be organised, enthusiastic, and take initiative. You will also enjoy working collaboratively with others in a busy corporate environment and take pride in providing top level support to your authors.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

Collation, copying and scanning of correspondence and documents including briefs and court documents
General accounts and billing processes
Opening and closing of files
Diary management, answering incoming calls, arranging appointments
Generally contributing to the efficient operations of the team.
Qualifications

We welcome candidates of all experience levels to apply. While legal experience is an advantage, we are open to training someone with a great attitude and outstanding customer service experience.

Legal administration experience is highly regarded but not essential
Strong attention to detail, and skills in prioritisation and time management
Confidence, flexibility and ability to take a proactive approach to work
A team player mindset, and desire to work collaboratively with the existing team
Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients.
