Job Responsibilities:
FOR JAIPUR
- Manage all legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including labor laws, environmental laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Liaison with external agencies, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other key partners.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other employees on legal matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
- Manage the company's legal budget and ensure that legal expenses are within budgeted amounts.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks.
- Ensure that all legal filings and documentation are complete and up-to-date.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
