Key Responsibilities:
• Drive corporate sales initiatives by proactively identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business clients, including corporations, organizations, and travel agencies.
• Strategically manage room sales to maximize occupancy rates and overall revenue, while consistently ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen robust relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to ensure optimal hotel visibility, competitive pricing, and strong performance across these channels.
• Oversee and drive sales for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segments, working closely with clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Negotiate and meticulously manage contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and rates that are aligned with the hotel's revenue goals and profitability objectives.
• Develop and nurture long-term, strong relationships with key corporate clients to secure repeat business, foster loyalty, and explore new opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities for growth within the hospitality sector.
• Design, implement, and refine effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve specific revenue targets and expand the hotel's market share in the corporate and MICE segments.
• Coordinate seamlessly with various internal teams, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Banquet staff, and IT, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery for all corporate bookings and events.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics diligently using CRM tools, evaluate the success of sales initiatives, and identify areas for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
Required Skills Qualifications:
• Minimum 4-7 years of progressive experience in Hotel Sales, with a strong focus on Corporate Sales and Room Sales.
• Proven track record in driving corporate sales and managing MICE accounts within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent negotiation and contracting skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Experience in managing relationships and optimizing performance with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rates.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present compelling proposals.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tracking sales metrics and using CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
