Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Executive/Manager to oversee and drive leasing activities for our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and ensuring high occupancy rates across residential, commercial, or retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and source potential tenants through networking, online platforms, brokers, and lead generation.
• Conduct site visits and property showings to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activity.
• Coordinate with the legal and finance teams for lease documentation, payments, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns or service issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and rental rates to ensure competitiveness.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on occupancy, leasing pipeline, and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and property visibility.
