Full job description
We are looking for an energetic and results oriented Leasing Representative to join our Leasing Team in supporting our properties located in Saint John and surrounding areas, NB on a full-time basis:

Responsibilities:

Field all leasing communication, by phone and email and in person
Perform showing of suites and tours of properties
Host Open House Tours
Follow up with prospective tenants after showing to close the sale
Manage electronic advertisements for a portfolio of properties
Processing applications and lease signings
Participation in Marketing and Social Media advertising
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience in a similar role, property management and/or real estate
1-2 years' experience in sales, marketing and customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with posting ads on Kijiji, and Facebook Marketing
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Must be flexible including working on weekends/evenings
Must have clean class 5 drivers license. Criminal record check required. Due to the nature of this position you will be required to work on the 1st of every month without exception. No time off will be granted on the first of any month. You will be required to work on the 1st if it is a weekday/weekend or holiday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
