Essential Qualifications:

· A Ph.D./Post Doc in the relevant domain from TOP 100 Institution in India or Globally

· At least 20 years of teaching and research experience at a reputed university or institution.

· A proven track record of excellence in teaching, research, and administration.

· Strong leadership and management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Experience:

· Experience in developing and implementing new academic programs.

· Experience in Consultancy, research projects and grant writing.

· Experience in mentoring and developing junior faculty.

Responsibilities:

· Provide academic leadership and direction to the respective school/department.

· Develop and implement new academic programs and courses.

· Oversee the teaching and research activities of the school/department.

· Recruit, mentor, and develop junior faculty.

· Represent the school/department at various university and external forums.
