Job Description
we are looking for a creative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer who can lead our design team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design, a passion for solving complex design problems, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion, ensuring a user-centered approach.
● Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
● Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
● Advocate for the user experience and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
● Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring or managing a team of designers.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
