Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic sales trainer (Lead) to join our company. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for scheduling and conducting training sessions for both new and experienced agents and supporting employees to keep productivity up. Ultimately, a top-notch sales trainer should be a friendly, approachable individual with effective teaching and communication skills
Responsibilities
• Developing product/process training materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.
• Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various sales/call center topics/ pitches to new employees.
• Training experienced employees on new or updated procedures to improve their performance.
• Observing the daily operations of sales associates and identifying any areas of improvement, accordingly, planning and conducting refresher trainings.
• Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
• Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
• Creating and managing the training modules.
• Ensuring employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during the OJT.
• Being part of calibrations, call listening sessions etc.
• Work directly with agents/leads to improve overall performance by taking various initiatives like TNI’s, call listening sessions, BQM, regular/structured feedbacks, daily briefings, PKT’s etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate must be a graduate in any field
• With at least 1-4 years’ experience as a sales trainer in a BPO set up
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Background in FinTech or any Financial program is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedure
• Proficient @ MS Office G-suite applications
• Should be proficient spontaneous in English and Hindi, other languages also preferred
• Should be passionate for growth
• Should be open to work six days in a week
• Should be fully vaccinated (Covid)
• Should be open to work from office
