Job Summary: As a Travel Sales Executive for the UK and US processes, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer inquiries, and providing personalized travel solutions to our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable options, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for UK and US-based travel processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate travel packages, accommodations, flights, and other related services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Upsell additional travel services and products to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding travel arrangements, pricing, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on the UK and US markets.
• Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts to cater to different time zones (UK US).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage.
• Understanding of travel regulations and policies in the UK and US.
