THE POSITION

The Ticket Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of ticketing operations to enhance the guest experience and support organizational goals. This role oversees the management of ticket inventory, event builds, and reporting, while also leading key initiatives such as season ticket campaigns and subscriber communications. The Ticket Operations Lead collaborates closely with internal departments, external vendors, and CSEC Ticketing Operations to ensure alignment with established processes and standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting strategic planning through data analysis and budget collaboration.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure the effective use and delivery of technology to enhance the guest experience.
Manage and maintain ticket inventory across all events.
Build and maintain events within the ticketing system.
Complete and submit accurate game reports.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with CSEC Ticketing Operations to ensure alignment of processes and reporting with established requirements, maintaining close coordination with key counterparts to support consistency and compliance.
Lead the creation and execution of season ticket holder packages.
Lead the creation and execution of season ticket renewal campaigns.
Manage the execution and delivery of STM communication and marketing initiatives to the subscriber base.
Act as the chief liaison for internal departments, vendors, and service-related issues.
Oversee the creation and assignment of game packs.
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a key stakeholder in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and financial targets.
Actively participate in safety programs and ensure compliance with policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

THE INDIVIDUAL

The ideal individual will have the following background:

A post-secondary degree is considered an asset.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in ticketing operations and inventory management.
The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Supervisory experience and working knowledge of SQL (considered assets).
