Lead Software Support

Work Experience: 6 to 8 years

Required Skill Set/Roles and Responsibilities:

 Min 5 - 7 years of experience as Linux administrator

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree

 In-depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Windows Server etc.

 Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an

advantage

 Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments like VMWare

 Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP

 Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages

 Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache

Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, Ingress, Jboss, SOLR etc.

 Proficient with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HAProxy, etc.

 Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, etc.

 Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL

 Familiarity with network devices router, switch, firewalls etc.

 Familiarity with networking protocols RIP, IGRP, OSPF, VPN etc.

 Hands on experience with MySQL, Oracle, Ingres etc.

 Have experience to manage large scale enterprise middleware solutions for messaging

environment

 Familiar with messaging protocols like MQI, AMQP, JMS, REST, SOAP

 Able to build and setup the IBM WebSphere MQ environments as per application

requirements and to follow the naming design standards

 Knowledge on Queue Manager, queues, channels, MQ cluster setup , pub/sub, Exits, API,

Linux/Windows OS including storage/network/infra etc.

 Excellent team management and leadership skills

 Excellent communication skills

 Problem-solving and leadership skills

 Organizational and time-management skills

Must have Characteristics:

 Should have done medical annotation more than 5 years

 Excellent communication skills – Fluent Oral & Written English

 Through personality – pays attention to details

 Takes initiatives and stays motivated. Should be able to handle stress

 Should have an analytical bent involving troubleshooting and solving critical issues

 Should be adept in decision making

 Should be flexible, creative

Salary: As per industry standards.
