Key Responsibilities:

*End-to-end recruitment for ERP CRM positions.

*Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

*Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit.



Requirements:

*Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ERP and CRM recruitment.

*Strong knowledge of different ERP/CRM platforms and related skill sets.

*Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

*Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
