We are seeking an energetic, creative, and child-friendly trainer to deliver entrepreneurship workshops and programs to students (ages 7-14) in schools.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging sessions on entrepreneurship, creativity, financial literacy, and problem-solving.
• Deliver Kidspreneurship's structured curriculum using hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive games.
• Guide students through mini-projects (e.g., product creation, pitching, team challenges).
• Provide mentorship, encouragement, and constructive feedback to students.
• Collaborate with schools, enrichment centers, or camp coordinators to ensure smooth session delivery.
• Track student progress and share feedback with the Kidspreneurship team.
Requirements
• Passion for working with children and shaping young minds.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Background in teaching, training, business, or entrepreneurship preferred.
• Ability to simplify concepts for children aged 7-14.
• Comfortable managing groups of 15-30 students.
• Tech-savvy: able to use digital tools, presentations, and online learning platforms.
• Flexible schedule - willing to conduct sessions on weekdays/weekends (depending on school/camp needs).
• Some experience in entrepreneurship, design thinking, or financial literacy would be great
• Creative teaching methods (games, role plays, maker activities).
• Prior experience as a teacher, coach, or facilitator.
