Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience
Minimum of 2 years of lead installer experience
EPA Certification
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work on a team and train entry-level installers
Familiar with residential and commercial - Carrier, Lennox, communication equipment, and zoning
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
