Job Brief
One of our prestigious clients is looking for a passionate and driven Lead Generation Specialist in the IT Services (Cybersecurity domain) with 2 to 3+ years of experience in the domestic market (India) to join the growing team.
You’ll play a key role in driving the business forward by finding and qualifying leads that turn into successful sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge, thrives on hitting targets, and wants to be part of a dynamic team in the exciting world of cyber security.

Responsibilities
• Design and manage our lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• Not only doing email marketing or campaigns but also prospecting & scheduling the first level of meetings with prospects by cold calling.
• Should be aware of different lead generation tools and not only email campaigns.
• Generate and qualify leads for our sales team with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and qualify leads.
• Create and manage email campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
• Maintain and organize our email and lead databases.
• Track performance, analyze trends, and optimize processes for better lead generation.
• Regularly update and maintain sales reports, using data to find insights for improvement.
• Experience in lead generation for cyber security products and services. (Preferred)
Qualifications
• 2 to 3+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
• Strong ability to work towards and surpass sales targets.
• Great communication skills and ability to communicate with prospects.
• Organized with excellent database management skills.
• Knowledge or experience in cyber security sales. (Preferred)
