Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Lead Generation and Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience who can contribute across both lead generation and digital growth.
The candidate will be responsible for generating business through apartment communities, gated societies, corporates, partnerships, and digital channels, while owning opportunities from initial contact through final closure.
The role will also manage Instagram, digital content, lead-generation campaigns, and performance marketing to build the brand and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Marketing & Lead generationOffline Marketing: Visit apartments, gated communities, corporate offices, and potential partner locations.
- Identify and connect with apartment association members, community managers, facility managers, HR/Admin teams, and other decision-makers.
- Generate leads and build a database of relevant contacts.
- Pitch our products/services and conduct meetings or presentations.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Digital Content & Instagram
- Manage the company's Instagram presence and content calendar.
- Plan and coordinate Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the brand and target audience.
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and campaign messaging.
- Coordinate basic content creation, photography, videos, and editing.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, and conversions.
- Identify trends and experiment with content formats to improve organic growth.Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute Meta Ads / Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Run campaigns focused on lead generation, awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Define and experiment with audiences, creatives, messaging, and offers.
- Monitor campaign metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Track leads generated through digital campaigns and coordinate follow-ups to improve conversion.
- Google Ads experience would be an added advantage.
Skills We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits to acquire lead source interactions.
- Positive understanding of Instagram and social media content.
- Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads Manager / performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of Canva or similar content/design tools.yData-driven approach to both sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
