Job Description: Telecaller – Lead Generation & Client Follow-up Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive Location: Jaipur prefer candidate from nearby location within 5 km from office (Work From Office Only) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle lead generation, client follow-ups, and customer communication. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads from IndiaMART and TradeIndia platforms, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls for lead generation and business inquiries. • Handle leads received from IndiaMART and TradeIndia. • Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication. • Understand client requirements and provide proper information. • Maintain lead records and update follow-up details. • Manage daily calling targets and reporting. • Use MS Excel for maintaining data and reports. Requirements: • Good communication and convincing skills. • Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel skills. • Good English speaking ability preferred. • Fresher and experienced candidates can apply. • Candidate should have their own vehicle. • Nearby location candidates will be preferred. • Must be willing to work from office.
