What You’ll Do:
• Architecture & Design: Own the end-to-end technical architecture, software design patterns, and scalability of robust backend microservices (.NET Core) and dynamic frontends (Angular).
• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team of 8–9 developers, driving engineering excellence and agile delivery practices.
• Cloud Strategy: Architect and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure, implementing robust CI/CD automation pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Hands-on Delivery: Lead by example by writing clean, modular code for core components, conducting rigorous code reviews, and establishing engineering best practices across the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX, Product Management, DevOps, and leadership to transform complex business requirements into high-performing technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 9–15 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development, with a proven track record in a Tech Lead or Technical Architect capacity.
• Leadership Skills: Strong experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of 8+ developers (including task allocation and technical governance).
• Technical Architecture: Deep understanding of software architecture, OOP concepts, Microservices patterns, and designing highly distributed enterprise systems.
• Backend Mastery: Advanced skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, and database management (SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Frontend Expertise: Proficient in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, and State Management (NgRx) to build responsive, dynamic UIs.
• Cloud & DevOps (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, cloud deployments, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Tools: Deep familiarity with Git workflow strategies.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
• Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Domain experience in Healthcare or Fintech sectors.
