Job Description: Lead Fashion Creative
We're seeking an innovative and experienced fashion designer to lead the creative direction of our Aramya brand. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for generating cutting-edge design concepts that resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive design strategies aligned with market trends, cultural influences, and customer feedback.
Create detailed technical packs to bring design concepts to life, iterating and refining based on customer input.
Analyse the market to monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences, and competitors to strengthen brand image and maintain competitive positioning.
Maintain and enhance design team workflows to ensure all designs meet style guides, our design language, and quality standards.
Perform daily organisational tasks such as styling ranges, embroidery development, and sample production.
Oversee departmental fashion calendars for seasonal planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from a reputable institution (NIFT/NID/PEARL).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, specifically in women's ethnic wear.
Ability to work from our Jaipur office.
Familiarity with various fabrics.
Demonstrated expertise in high-level aesthetics and creative ability.
Capacity to create technical packages of garments.
Proficiency in software tools like Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Photoshop.
Strong problem-solving approach.
Hunger for learning and growth, making this role an ideal fit for someone looking to join an early-stage startup.
