Lead Engineer – Software Configuration Services

Partner with the best
The Lead Software Configuration Services Engineer will work on BN Services and Engg projects to meet the assigned objectives. In this role you will work with the Global team and lead for delivering solutions for online Rotating Equipment configuration & monitoring, Thermal Performance, and work on the Analytics & Condition Monitoring software. You will utilize your knowledge on Asset Configuration, Thermal Performance, Condition Monitoring for various rotating equipment in the O&G industry.
As a Lead Engineer – Software Configuration Services, you will
Lead & manage BN Software Configuration Services projects like S1 Upgrade, S1 Configuration, Bently Performance and Analytics Configuration.
Coordinate with team to make sure they deliver project on time with best of quality.
Technical review of S1 and Analytics deliverables.
Resolve Technical queries of day-to-day activities.
Workload distribution and monitoring of assignments
Perform monthly analysis of VCPs and make sure it updates in BN OTR Dashboard.
Project cost analysis and time drop monitoring in SAP.
Ability to multitask.
Should be compliant with Company policy & HSE.

To be successful in this role you will:
Masters / Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with excellent Track record.
Minimum 6 years of Engineering Experience in Plant operations/Thermal Performance/ Machine Diagnostic/Process Engineering/Analytics and exposure of leading team of Engineers.
Technical Sound understanding of Rotating equipment like Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Compressors, Pumps etc.
Background in Oil & Gas and Power Sector with Operations Knowledge.
Strong oral & written communication skills, interpersonal skill.
Desired Characteristics
Experience with Performance & Analytics of Rotating Equipment.
Condition Monitoring, Online Monitoring of rotating machines is preferred.
Good understanding of Bearing Vibration.
Experience in Pump, Compressor & Turbine Auxiliary Systems like Lube Oil System, Seal Gas System etc.
Through Understanding of P&ID and PFD of Rotating Equipment.
Process knowledge of O&G upstream and downstream will be added advantage.
Program/Project Management skill required.
Proven analytical and quality improvement ability.
Able to interface at all levels of the organization both internally and externally. Demonstrated integrity - accept and adhere to high ethical, moral and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others.
